BRETT LANCASTER

Brett Lancaster OAM OLY is a former Australian pro cyclist (2003-2015) and professional Sports Director (2016 -2022).  His remarkable career saw him compete in 16 grand tours, 3 Olympic Games, 10 UCI World Championships and earned him an Olympic gold medal, a Giro d’Italia leader’s jersey, a TDF stage win, and an Order of Australia Medal (OAM). Brett has seen it all, and his years of elite cycling experience will ensure your instore experience is one to remember.

Byron Woods, an experienced and talented mechanic, is an integral part of Leading Edge Cycle’s success and commitment to quality servicing and repairs.  With an eye for detail and the ability to work with a variety of brands and models, whether it be a road, mountain, gravel, e-bike or town bike, it’s in safe and capable hands.

Rich is the newest member of our team and brings a wealth of experience from his earlier years working in retail. He’s stepped straight onto the floor with strong product knowledge, great energy, and genuine customer service.

If you want to talk bikes-any bikes — Rich is your man. He has a particular passion and depth of experience in BMX, jump bikes and mountain bikes, and loves helping riders find the right setup.
